Palestinian resistance factions have rejected the newly approved UN framework for Gaza, arguing that it fails to address core political demands and risks institutionalizing external control over the Strip.
Conditions on the ground continue to deteriorate as displacement, disease, and winter weather exacerbate the ongoing humanitarian emergency.
Since October 7, 2023, Israel has killed 69,483 and injured 170,706 others, the majority of whom are women and children, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza.
