Israeli media reported that Hamas fighters recently targeted and injured a deputy battalion commander from the Armored Corps in the Zaytoun neighborhood.

Israeli occupation forces massacred scores of starving Palestinians at aid centers and intensified bombardments across Gaza, while preparing a full-scale assault on Gaza City despite international warnings.

Since October 7, 2023, Israel has killed 62,966 and injured 159,266 others, the majority of whom are women and children, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza.
