Israel renewed its attacks on Gaza, killing several Palestinians and citing alleged Hamas ceasefire violations, despite mediators confirming the delays in body recoveries are due to the devastation caused by Israel’s own bombings.

The renewed Israeli aggression followed threats against the Palestinian Resistance movement Hamas by Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz, who warned of a “high price” for an alleged attack targeting Israeli soldiers in Gaza.

Since Oct. 7, 2023, Israel has killed 68,527 people in Gaza and injured 170,395 others, the majority of whom are women and children, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza reports.

Al-Qassam Recovers Two Bodies as Israel’s Escalations Disrupt Handover

PALESTINE CHRONICLE: Al-Qassam Brigades said they recovered the bodies of two Israeli captives in Gaza but warned that ongoing Israeli escalations are obstructing recovery and handover operations.
